At KAMOO, all of our milk is pasteurised "low and slow' right here on the farm. Camel milk is naturally lower in lactose than dairy and free of Beta-Lactoglobulin a well-know allergen found in cow, goat, buffalo and sheep milk. A great alternative to dairy, camel milk is lower in fat, higher in protein and rich in calcium, iron, magnesium and potassium. Its also high in Lactoferrin (know to assist gut health), unhomogenised and gently pasteurized, so its easy on the stomach.
Please stir and be aware that camel milk powder is made from high-protein fresh camel milk powder. It is normal that it is not easy to dissolve during preparation.
